DISTANCE CONTRACTS

 

The legislation of the Republic of Latvia stipulates that the owner of the online store must previously state the terms of delivery and return of goods, as well as the right of refusal. Such previously stated terms as called Distance contract (regulations of MC), hereinafter – Contract.
The Seller of the goods offered in the online store on the one hand, and the person placing the order, hereinafter - the Customer, on the other hand, enter into the following Agreement:
The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver the goods to the Customer in accordance with the Customer's order.
The Agreement enters into force from the moment when the Customer has placed an order in the online store and paid the full price for the goods or paid an advance.

PRIVACY POLICY

 

The Seller undertakes to ensure the protection and privacy of the personal data of the buyer (hereinafter - the Customer) in accordance with the requirements of regulatory enactments, explains the privacy policy, as well as provides information on the Customer's rights in relation to the processing of personal data.
Shopping in the E-shop takes place in accordance with the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia 28.05.2002. Regulations No. 207 “Regulations on Distance Contracts”. The online store’s data processing is performed by F STYLE Ltd. The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with Section 7 (1) of the Personal Data Protection Law and in accordance with Directive 95/46 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data. The processing of personal data by the Seller is performed only for the purpose of ensuring the registration of the Customer, the provision of purchase and delivery services and the provision of the requested information.

Required details:

• name and surname (to identify the Customer upon receipt of the order),

• telephone number (to ensure delivery),

• address/parcel terminal address (to ensure delivery),

• e-mail address (to confirm the order and provide answers in case of questions, send information about the purchase and information about the delivery of the goods). 

 

By entering the necessary information when placing an order, the Customer confirms that he/she has read and agrees that the data provided by him/her is used to enable the Seller to accept the Customer's order and deliver the goods in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Latvia. By entering the information, the Customer agrees that notifications related to the processing of the Customer's order will be sent to the specified e-mail.
Disclosure of the Customer's data to third parties is permitted only in cases specified by law.

SHOPPING

 

Prices in the online store are indicated in EUR. The descriptions and images of the goods sold in the online store are informative. The colors of the products in real life may differ from those shown in the photo images in the e-store, which may be affected by the color resolution on the computer monitor.

 

PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS

• Payment by payment card

The seller accepts payments with VISA and Mastercard payment cards to pay for purchases in the E-store. 

 

• Payment by bank transfer

When choosing a bank transfer as the method of payment, the Customer will receive a purchase confirmation and an invoice in the e-mail specified beforehand, in which the details for making the payment are indicated.  
The customer pays the invoice by bank transfer within 2 business days, covering the related payment commission (if applicable). If payment is not received, the purchase reservation will be canceled.

All transactions are secure - Feltstyle.com is secured with an SSL encryption system to protect personal and payment data.

DISPUTES

 

All disputes related to the purchase of goods in the online store are considered in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia.
